MayAfter a nasty fight on a hunt, Sam made his way back home as quickly as possible, his shirt getting completely saturated in blood from a deep wound and his consciousness slowly fading away from him. He got inside and dropped down beside his bags to pull out his medical supplies, breath laboured…
*wakes up for a moment when she feels Sam come back, opening her eyes just enough to scan over his clothes for any sign of blood. She didn’t like him knowing how much she worried, but everytime he was gone she feared he wouldn’t come back again, and everytime she saw him covered in blood her mind instantly flashed back to the night she had found him dead and the heartshattering lonely months without him.
Seeming normal for the moment, she relaxed, wrapping her small arms around his large moose body and snuggling closer, trying to let his constant heartbeat lull her back to sleep*
